Canada is Doomed
I'm writing this fully understanding that I will probably get more hate mail than I can handle but so what I've got a thick skin
Canada is doomed. We pride ourselves on being a tolerant and inclusive society but we are not and it is destroying us from within just like so many other countries that have split. You want some example here goes.
1. We are tolerant of same sex relationships but demonize anyone who believes different
2. We say abortion is ok but hammer anyone who says it is murder
3. We say we're a bilingual country but allow Quebec to legislate unilingual laws
4. On the blogs anyone who disagrees with our political views is the wosrt possible life form
5. We form religions around science and accuse those who disagree of being another Hitler
6. Almost every issue becomes a us against them
7. We allow kids to carry knives in school and expel 6 year olds for kissing a classmate.
8. We ban anything and everything as long as it doesn't affect us
9. We preach human rights and then condemn those who would fight for it
10. We allow a seperatist party in parliment and will even give them gold plated pensions
11. We accept history written by the victors and pass hate laws to prevent any one asking questions.
12. We allow deported undesirables to challenge us using the charter
13. We turn child sexual offenders loose on society when we know they will do it again.
Ok enough, we are corrupt from within and any study of history will conclude that we will collapse into a dictatorship or bust apart. All we need is accept the idea that we can agree to disagree .
My opinion it's to late the lines are drawn
For all those who disagree I recommend the "Rise and fall of the Roman Empire"

End Afgaanistan Mission
Well we've just had a vote on it and in the end canadians lost. Why am I not suprised well I'll tell you even if you don't want to listen. THE CANADIAN PEOPLE ARE BEHIND THIS MISSION. There you have it. Any party that advocates tuck our tail between our legs and run doesn't understand the Canadian people. Guess that includes Deyawn and his selected high power friends

Canadian Military terrorist suspects
I just read an articlte by Scot Taylor http://www.herald.ns.ca/Columnists/523516.html that tells us all about how the soldiers enroute to Afganistan to help in the fight against terrorism had to dispose of any liquids or gels they may have in their luggage. They were flying on a military aircraft and these ladies and gentlemen are on our side!!!!! WHAT IS THE MILITARY THINKING? Are they that stupid or is this just another case of Government idiotic regulations brought on and enforced by self serving snivel servants who don't stop to think.

Mideast War burns all who come close to it
An article appeared today in the Toronto Star which is one of Canada's left wing newspapers written by James Travers. Accepting that what he wrote is his opinion I feel that mine needs to be aired and as I have responded to him before and was insulted by his reply I will now use this forum instead.
He fails to recognize two very valid principles which are:
1. Hindsight is perfect but we react to foresight
2. If I throw enough rocks at you then you will fight back even though I may kick the s*** out of you. Then you call in the muscle (police) to fight your battle for you. Countries can't do that.
Diplomacy which is very highly touted by our current crop of scribes is useful ONLY when both sides wish to end the violence. If one side has the sole aim of destroying the other then diplomatic ovatures only give them time to get stronger.
All references to ulterior motives by any government or government leader smacks of partisan politics and bitterness that comes when the MSM has failed to get their prefered buddies installed into the seats of power.
It's time for normal, logical individuals to aspire to peace but be prepared and willing to do what it takes to stop the bullies of this world
